So often we just put sunscreen on our faces and forget our hands, but they are being exposed to the sun too. After our faces, the next place that "shows our age" is our hands.

Although aging is a process that cannot be avoided, few people are happy about it. Getting older is often fine with many people. However looking older and feeling older as the body starts to slow down is something that most people would like to skip or at least hold off as long as they can. In attempts to hold back the tide of time, many people will visit cosmetic surgeons. That is often unnecessary and a last resort, not a first line of defense.

Unfortunately, as we age our skin loses collagen and the underlying structure begins to break down. Plus, gravity definitely isn't on our side. Since you mentioned that you have chubby cheeks, you should know that as you age, the fat deposits directly under the skin begin to shrink. That is probably the cause of your sagging skin.

I haven't used olive oil myself, however many years ago, a girl I worked with used to swear by it. She chose not to wear makeup at work and so I was able to see she had very olive skin complexion with what appeared to be acne scaring. Her skin always appeared to be oily so am not certain whether that was attributable to the use of olive oil or not.
