Humidifiers can relieve the problem of dry indoor heat by increasing the moisture inside. Obviously, a clean humidifer is better than a dirty humidifer. But using a dirty humidifer can actually make things worse. So make sure you use quality water and change the water daily. Change the filter regularly, and clean the humidifer regularly. If you’re putting your humidifer back in storage, dry and clean it.
