Moisture management
Winter is a time when you can have fun with activities like skiing, sledding, snowman building, snowball fights, sliding on ice, and other neat things. You may constantly feel like an icicle outside (if you live in a cold climate) and have dryer skin. The lack of moisture in the air during Winter contributes to skin dryness. Facial oils don’t flow as easily in the colder months. To get some anti-dryness action going on, moisturize at night, hydrate by drinking enough water, and exercise to improve blood circulation.
